My well pump finally gave out leaving us without water and eveyone I called was several weeks out. I was refered to Jake the owner of Northern Water and Power and he was able to help me out the same day. He gave me a quick upfront estimate and was very helpfull letting me know what everthing was. He showed up the next day exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem and had the pump replaced in 4 hours. He ended up being under his estimate and passed the savings on to me. Jake puts customer service above all else and he really excelled at that. I highly recommending Northern Water and Power and Jake to anyone looking for pump service.
